Damaged & Not Working Products (Faulty)
We will now cater the complaints landed within 30 days of delivery without any rebuttal.
Resolution :
1. If Cst Complaints within 7 Days :
If Cst Files a complaint within 7 days then Zambeel will bear the cost of reverse pick up but first the product will be picked up from the customer and will be checked in our warehouse for its intact condition and then will be replaced.
2. If Cst Complaints After 7 Days :
If Cst Files a complaint after 7 days then Customer will bear the cost of reverse pick up (i.e. 20 AED) and rest process will be the same.

Customer Satisfaction Issue:
1. If That’s a Cosmetic Product :
In case of Customer Satisfaction, if the product is unsealed/used/tested, we will not cater that complaint and apologize to the customer.
If the seal is not broken, the case will be forwarded to the dedicated team. Such cases will be closed in 5 - 7 Working Days.
2. If That’s an Electronic Product :
If the product is not faulty, we don’t give any rebuttal to the customer but simply ask the customer to return the item and inform about the (delivery + Reverse Pick up) charges to be 35 AED (If cst complains about the charges then reduce them to 25 AED max) and take the product back.
